Orchard Reach sits on the northern edge of Hensford Magna, on a field that has grown cider apples for a century. We kept forty of the old trees, replanted the gaps, and laid the homes out so that every garden either backs onto the orchard or onto open country.
The homes are three to five bedrooms, built in a soft red brick with clay tiles and a few timber-clad gables where the plan steps back. Phase 1 is complete and lived in. Phase 2 is being released now, and the last four homes along Orchard Close follow in 2027.
