The small print.
This is a concept website for a fictional business, designed by Orderhatch. Nothing here is a real offer.
About this concept
Wenlow Homes is fictional. The developments, villages, people, prices, plots, schemes, figures and news stories are invented to show how a regional housebuilder's website could work. Telephone numbers are from the Ofcom range reserved for drama. Photographs are licensed stock images used for illustration; none shows a Wenlow home or any specific real development. Credits are listed in CREDITS.md alongside this site.
Privacy notice
No form on this site sends data anywhere. Viewing bookings, interest registrations, brochure requests and messages are handled entirely in your browser to show a demo confirmation, then discarded when you leave the page.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Terms
Content is illustrative. Images are indicative. Floor plans are not to scale. In a real housebuilder's site, prices and availability would be correct at the date shown and subject to change, and buying schemes would be subject to status, terms and availability.
Accessibility statement
The site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA: semantic HTML, a skip link, visible focus, text alternatives for images, colour contrast checked, and site plans that work with a keyboard (Tab to a plot, Enter to open) with an equivalent list view. Plot status is shown by pattern as well as colour. Motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
Affordability helper
The helper is illustrative only and is not financial advice or a mortgage offer. Wenlow (and Orderhatch) are not mortgage advisers. Speak to a qualified, independent mortgage adviser.
