    How we keep you safe. In four standing rules.

    1. R1

      Registered professionals

      Our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council and our nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council. They follow their professional guidance on cosmetic practice. Registration numbers shown here are examples.

      Face-to-face prescribing

      We never prescribe for cosmetic treatment over the phone, by video or online. The prescriber who assesses you is the one who treats you, or directly supervises.

      Ready for complications

      Emergency medicines and equipment on site, staff trained in recognised complication protocols, and a 24-hour clinical line for patients after treatment.

    4. R4

      Supervision & audit

      Non-medical treatments are carried out under medical supervision. We audit outcomes and complaints every quarter, and follow the duty of candour if something goes wrong.
