Tell us roughly what you’d have in a year. We compare the cost with paying per visit at our example prices, and say so plainly when a plan isn’t worth it.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You have a 14-day cancellation right from the day you sign up, with a full refund less the value of any treatment you’ve already had. After that there’s a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

What if I don’t use a month’s treatment?

Unused plan treatments roll over for up to 3 months, so a busy month doesn’t cost you anything.

Are prescription treatments included?

No. Plans cover non-prescription skin treatments only. Any prescription treatment is assessed, prescribed and priced separately at a face-to-face consultation, and plan discounts don’t apply to it.

Can I pause my plan?

Yes, for up to 3 months at a time, for example during pregnancy, illness or long travel.

Is this a credit agreement?

No. A plan is a monthly service subscription paid by card or Direct Debit. We don’t offer finance or credit.
