§ 03 Your treatment journey

From first question to two-week review.

  1. 3.1 Before you visit

    Ask, or book

Book a consultation online, or start with a free 20-minute video conversation if you’d rather talk first. We send a short medical questionnaire so your appointment can focus on you.

    Online · 5 minutes

  2. 3.2 Consultation

    A proper conversation

Face to face with your clinician. We take your medical history, medicines and any previous treatments, assess your skin at rest and in movement, and photograph it with your consent. Then we explain every reasonable option, including the cost, the risks and no treatment.

  3. 3.3 Cooling-off

    Time to think

You take home a written plan and quote. For any injectable treatment we leave at least 14 days before treatment, and at least 48 hours for skin treatments. There’s no deposit to lose if you decide not to go ahead.

14 days for injectables · 48 hours for skin

  4. 3.4 Treatment

    With the same clinician

We re-check your health and confirm consent on the day. Treatment is careful and unhurried, and you can pause or stop at any point. You leave with written aftercare and our 24-hour clinical number.

    Time varies by treatment

  5. 3.5 Review

    Two weeks later

A review appointment, included in the price, to see how your skin has responded, compare photographs and agree any next step.

    Included · 15–20 min

  6. 3.6 Ongoing

    Aftercare & plans

Some people need nothing more. Others choose a skin plan for regular, non-prescription treatments. Either way, we’re a phone call away.

§ 3.8 When we’ll say no

Sometimes the right answer is not today.

Saying no is part of good medicine. We’ll always explain why, and suggest what might help instead.

  1. a

    You’re under 18

Injectables and fillers for cosmetic purposes are illegal for under-18s in England. We ask for photo ID.

  2. b

    You’re pregnant or breastfeeding

We postpone injectables, lasers and most peels. Gentle skin advice is still available.

  3. c

    The timing isn’t right

Active infection, a recent tan, upcoming dental work or a major life event can all mean waiting is wiser.

  4. d

We don’t think it will help

If a treatment is unlikely to give you what you’re hoping for, we’ll say so.

  5. e

You seem to be under pressure

If treatment feels driven by distress about your appearance, or by someone else, we’ll talk about it gently and may suggest support first.

Realistic expectations. No guarantees, ever.

Non-surgical treatments make modest, gradual changes. Results vary between people and depend on skin type, age, lifestyle and sun exposure. Most results are temporary and need maintenance. No reputable clinic can guarantee an outcome, and we never will.
