For larger businesses
Websites and AI for businesses with more riding on them.
Rebuilds, sites for several locations or brands, and AI that fits how your team already works. Scoped in writing, priced up front, and run by one person who stays accountable from the brief to launch and beyond.
- Fixed price for the agreed scope
- Written proposal first
- You own the site and domain
What we take on
Bigger jobs, done carefully.
- 01
Website rebuilds and redesigns
A new site planned around your customers and your team, with your content moved across, redirects in place and your search rankings protected.
- 02
Several locations or brands
One system behind many sites: shared design and content where it helps, local pages and details where it matters.
- 03
AI assistants and automation
Assistants that answer enquiries and qualify leads on your site, and automations that move information between the tools you already use.
- 04
Ongoing support
A monthly retainer for updates, new pages, speed and accessibility checks, and steady improvements based on what visitors actually do.
Built for bigger businesses
Four businesses with more moving parts.
Concept sites we designed for fictional businesses, each with a working feature at its centre: a quote builder, live site plans, a clinic finder and a membership finder. Open them and try them.

How a project runs
Six steps, all in writing.
- Step 1:
Brief
Send a brief below. I reply within one working day, usually with a few questions.
- Step 2:
Discovery
We agree the pages, content, integrations and what success looks like, in writing or on a video meeting.
- Step 3:
Proposal
A fixed price for the agreed scope, with a timeline and who does what. No surprises later.
- Step 4:
Design
You see the key pages designed before anything is built, and we refine them together.
- Step 5:
Build and launch
A private preview link to review, two rounds of revisions from the first delivery, testing on real phones, then a planned launch.
- Step 6:
Look after
A corporate care plan agreed with you, with response times, a named contact and reporting for your team. Or a clean handover. Your choice.
What you can count on
Straight answers, from the start.
- You own everything
- The domain, the content and the code are yours, with logins handed over.
- A fixed price
- Agreed in writing before work starts. Changes to scope are priced before they're done.
- Built properly
- Fast on a phone, designed to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and set up for search from day one.
- Your data looked after
- Handled under our data processing agreement, with nothing shared or sold.

Devon MacMillan
Founder, Orderhatch
See the concept work →Orderhatch is a young studio, so I won't show you logos we haven't earned. What I can show you is the work: concept sites designed to the standard I'd build for you, and how they're made.
I'll be straight about what's a good fit, and when a job needs specialists, I'll say so and bring them in.
Send a brief
Tell us about the project.
A few sentences is enough to start. I'll reply in writing within one working day, and nothing is agreed until you've seen a proposal.
Prefer to talk it through? Once I've read your brief, we can set up a video meeting with you and your team.
Rather email? hello@orderhatch.co.uk
