Extra work on any plan is £40 an hour, charged in 15-minute steps and quoted first for anything bigger. Unused hours don't roll over. Every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice, no VAT to add, and your domain and content stay yours.
Questions about care plans
What counts as a change?
New prices, photos, opening hours, a new staff member, a seasonal menu, a small new section. Bigger jobs, like a new page type or a booking system, are quoted first.
What if I don't want a plan?
That's fine. The site is entirely yours. At launch it's handed over for you to host and look after yourself, and any changes from us are paid for at £40 an hour.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from the next month. Every plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to stop.
What happens to hours I don't use?
They don't roll over to the next month. If a month needs more, extra time is £40 an hour in 15-minute steps, and anything bigger is quoted first.
Is the price negotiable?
