What we build

Six kinds of job, done by the same people for 47 years.

We don't subcontract the building. Bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers and our joiner are on the payroll; electrics and gas go to the same two registered partners we've used for twenty years.

From the first cup of tea to the last snag.

Most extensions take six to nine months from first visit to handover, and only three to five of those are on site. Here's where the time goes.

    A site manager walks the house, measures up and talks budget honestly.

  2. 02 · 3 to 6 weeks

    Design

    Drawings with our architect partner, or yours. Structural engineer booked.

  3. 03 · 6 to 10 weeks

    Approvals

    Planning or a lawful development certificate, building control, party wall.

  4. 04 · 2 weeks

    Fixed quote

    A line-by-line schedule of works and a written contract with stage payments.

  5. 05 · 4 to 28 weeks

    The build

    One site manager, weekly photo updates in your portal, site swept daily.

  6. 06 · handover

    Sign-off

    Completion certificate, snagging walk, and a check-in visit at twelve months.
