What to expect at the door
- Ring once; reception is just inside on the ground floor.
- The ground-floor surgery is step-free. Other rooms are up one flight of stairs; tell us if stairs are difficult and we'll book you downstairs.
- Hearing loop at reception. Large-print forms on request.
- A quiet room is available if you'd rather not wait in reception.
- Assistance dogs welcome.
