Plans run for a minimum of 12 months, then month to month. Existing conditions are not excluded; treatment is simply discounted. Laboratory fees and specialist referrals are charged at standard rates.

Is this dental insurance?
No. It's a way of paying for routine care monthly, with a discount on treatment. It doesn't pay out for treatment like insurance does.
Can I join if I need treatment now?
Yes. Existing conditions aren't excluded; you simply get the plan discount on treatment once you've joined and had your first check-up.
Can I cancel?
After the first 12 months you can cancel with one month's notice. In the first year, cancelling means paying the difference between plan fees and the visits you've used.
Can my children join?
Yes, children under 16 can join the Child plan when a parent or carer is a member.
Do I have to see a particular dentist?
No. You can see any of our dentists and hygienists, and choose who you'd like when you book.
