The building

Arched windows, a library with a rolling ladder, and the market on the doorstep.

Bolts of cloth were stored here for the shops on the high street, which is why every floor has the same tall arched windows and a goods hoist that still works. The top floor is a library, with a rolling ladder and no phones.
