LocationsFive buildings, one membership
Five old workshops. One key card.
A printworks, a rope warehouse, a dairy depot, a piano factory and a drapers' warehouse. Every membership opens every door, so you can work near home on Monday and near the client on Thursday.

11:00
Every day at eleven, the kettle goes on.
--
until the kettle goes on in all five buildings.
It's where the name comes from. At 11:00 the host puts out a big pot of tea, a plate of something from a local bakery, and everyone stops for ten minutes. It's the easiest way to meet the people you sit near, and nobody has to call it networking.
Rooms
17 rooms, by the half hour.
From a two-seat recording room in Kentish Town to a 14-seat boardroom under the Inkworks roof. Members get monthly credits. Everyone else pays from £18 an hour and can see what's free before they book.

Can I use all five buildings?
Yes. Part-time and hot desk members can work from any building. Dedicated desks and offices live in one home building, and you can still drop into the other four whenever there's room.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Memberships roll monthly with a month's notice. Offices can be monthly too, or 5% less on six months and 10% less on twelve.
Can I bring a guest?
Two guests a day for free. Sign them in at reception and they get a cup of tea like everybody else.
Are dogs allowed?
Every day at The Dairy, and on Fridays at the Inkworks and The Drapery. Good dogs only, and never in meeting rooms.
