No. Memberships roll monthly with a month's notice. Offices can be monthly too, or 5% less on six months and 10% less on twelve.

You book your days in the app up to two weeks ahead. Unused days don't roll over, but you can swap a booked day up to 9am on the day itself.

Without. Every price on this site is ex VAT, so add 20%. Day passes bought at reception show the VAT-inclusive price on the receipt.

Yes, by card or by invoice on 14-day terms. We can put several people on one company account with one monthly invoice.

Hosts are in from 8am, until 7pm at the Inkworks, Rope Yard and Piano Works, and until 6pm at The Dairy and The Drapery. Hot desk, dedicated and office members have 24/7 access to their home building with a key card.

The Inkworks and Piano Works are step-free throughout. Rope Yard and The Drapery have lifts to every floor. The Dairy's roof garden is reached by stairs only; everything else there is step-free.

Credits reset on the first of each month: part-time 2 hours, hot desk 3, dedicated 5, offices 4 per desk. They are used before you pay anything, and don't roll over.
