Bakery school
Hands-on classes at the big bench in the bakehouse, on Sunday afternoons when the shop’s shut and Monday evenings when the bakers are off. Never more than ten, usually eight, and you take home everything you make.

Vouchers are emailed as a printable card, can be spent on any class or in the shop, and last 12 months.
Good to know
Do I need any experience?
None for Sourdough foundations, Pizza night, Cake decorating or the Kids’ morning. Croissant & lamination goes better if you’ve made bread before.
Is it accessible?
The bakehouse is step-free with an accessible toilet. Benches are standing height; we have a lower bench and stools, just tell us when you book. Tell us about any allergies too: we work with flour, nuts, milk and eggs at every class.
Can I cancel or move my place?
Move or cancel free up to seven days before. After that we can’t refund, but you can send a friend in your place. Classes are a booked leisure service on a fixed date, so the 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply.
Private and group classes?
For teams, hen parties and birthdays of eight or more we run private Monday evening classes. Get in touch with dates.
