Allergens & ingredients

Every bake, against the 14 allergens the law names. Tap a bake for its full ingredients, with allergens in bold.

One kitchenUpdated 12 Oct 2026

Everything is made in one small kitchen where we use wheat, rye, spelt, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya and mustard every day. We clean down between batches, but we can’t guarantee any bake is free from these. Where a bake doesn’t contain one but there’s a real risk from shared benches or ovens, we say “may contain”.

Allergens by bake. Yes means it contains the allergen; May means a cross-contact risk.

Yes = in the recipe. May = not in the recipe but handled on the same equipment. A dash = not used in that bake. We don’t use crustaceans, fish, molluscs, lupin or sulphites. Celery appears only as a possible trace in the sausage roll, from the sausage meat our butcher prepares.

Got an allergy question?

Call the bakehouse between 9am and 3pm, or use the form on our contact page. We’d rather talk it through than have you guess.

Pre-orders show the allergens for everything in your basket before you place the order, and the same list is printed on your bag at collection.
