Why are there no prices here?
We set terms with each practice, based on its size and the modules it needs. Speak to us and you get a straight answer in writing.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. Orderhatch Practice sits alongside the software you already run. There is no connection to any bank or accounting software; exports are files you download.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with the core workspace and add your profession’s modules or Hatch later, when you are ready.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Owners and admins can export the workspace’s records as spreadsheet files at any time, whatever the state of the subscription.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing is deleted. You keep full access for a grace period, then the workspace becomes read-only until it is sorted, and you can still export everything.
