No. Most customers give us a key or a key-safe code, which we store coded and never labelled with your address. You can leave access notes in your account.
Your cleaner can bring our eco kit for £3 a visit (example pricing), or use your products and hoover. Deep cleans and end of tenancy always include our kit.
We offer cover from a cleaner on the same round, briefed with your notes, or you can skip that week at no charge.
By card, charged after each clean is complete. No cash, no deposit and no contract for regular cleans.
