Our re-clean promise Example wording
If something we cleaned is flagged, we come back.
If your landlord, agent or inventory clerk flags anything on our checklist within 72 hours of the clean, send us the note or photos and we’ll return to re-clean those items free of charge, usually within two working days.
We can’t promise the return of your deposit. That depends on your tenancy agreement and on things outside cleaning, like damage, wear and tear or missing items. What we do promise is a clean to the inventory standard, and to put right anything we missed.
The property needs to be empty of belongings and have power and hot water on the day. The promise covers items on the checklist below, not marks that won’t come out with cleaning, such as burns, stains in fabric or damaged surfaces.

We can’t guarantee it, because deposit decisions depend on your tenancy and on things beyond cleaning. We do clean to the inventory standard and re-clean anything on our checklist that’s flagged within 72 hours.
Yes, ideally. We can work around a few large items of furniture that are staying, but belongings left in cupboards slow the team and can’t be cleaned behind.
Carpets are hoovered as standard. Steam cleaning is done by a local partner on the same day where possible, quoted separately.
Yes. We can collect keys from you or your agent and return them to the agent afterwards, all logged in writing.
