Every service, how long it takes and what it costs. Example pricing, VAT included. The price depends on your barber's level, so pick one below and the list updates.
Before you book
Booking policies
Written to be read. We'd rather you knew now than found out at the till.
Running late
We hold your chair for 10 minutes. After that we'll either shorten the service so the next client isn't kept waiting, or move you to the next free slot that day.
Moving or cancelling
Free up to 24 hours before your appointment, online or by phone. Inside 24 hours we keep any deposit paid. Life happens: call us and we'll be reasonable.
When we take a deposit
A £10 deposit is taken for first visits, Friday bookings after 16:00, Saturdays and any booking over £50. It comes off your bill on the day.
No-shows
If you don't arrive and don't tell us, we charge 50% of the booked service. Two no-shows and we'll ask for full payment upfront next time.
Walk-ins
Welcome all day at both shops. Booked clients come first, so the board shows the real wait for walk-ins. You can hold your place remotely from the Visit page.
Paying
Card and phone payments only, no cash. Tips are never expected and always go in full to your barber.
