Questions
Membership, plainly
Is it cheaper than paying each time?
If you come at least every four weeks, yes. Use the calculator above: it compares a year of pay-as-you-go against the best plan for how often you come.
Can I see any barber?
Your plan is priced at a barber level. You can see any barber at that level or below, at either shop. Seeing a higher level costs the difference on the day.
What if I miss a month?
Unused cuts don't roll over, but you can pause once a year for up to two months (holidays, new baby, broken arm).
Do members get priority?
Open Chair members can book Saturday slots up to four weeks ahead; everyone else two weeks. All members get a reminder when it's time for the next cut.
How do I cancel?
After the first three months, give 30 days' notice by email or at the desk. No exit fee.
Can I give membership as a gift?
Yes: choose "gift a plan" at the desk, or send a gift card for the value of three months.
