Privacy
How this site handles the details you send through its forms.
Who is responsible
Devon MacMillan runs this website. It is hosted by Orderhatch, Devon's web studio. To get in touch, use the contact form or email hello@orderhatch.co.uk.
What the forms collect
The enquiry and contact forms collect your name, email address and what you write. The newsletter form collects your email address and your consent to receive emails.
What happens to it
When you send a form, it is emailed to Devon through Orderhatch's email provider, Resend. Enquiries and messages are used and kept only to reply to you. A newsletter sign-up is emailed to Devon with the time you ticked the box, and your address is used only to tell you about new photographs and print releases. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
How long
Enquiries and messages are kept only as long as needed to reply. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Stopping spam
To limit repeat sends, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about a day. It is never stored as the address itself.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details held about you, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site.
Photographs
Camera and location metadata is removed from every image on this site before it is published.
