About
Devon MacMillan is a wildlife photographer with South African roots, based in the UK.
His family left South Africa when he was very young and settled in the UK, and they have gone back every year since, Kruger National Park included.
He started out on his mum's digital camera before buying his own. Photography began for him less as a technical discipline than as a way of holding on to those trips and the memories that come with them.
“An act of resistance against forgetting.”
