The Biscuit Club is not insurance. It spreads the cost of routine, preventive care. It doesn't cover accidents, illness or emergencies, so we'd still recommend pet insurance alongside it. You can leave after 12 months.

Is the Biscuit Club insurance?
No. It covers routine, preventive care such as vaccines, checks and parasite treatment. It doesn't pay for accidents or illness, so we still recommend insurance.
Can I join if my pet has a health condition?
Yes. Unlike insurance, there are no exclusions for existing conditions, and you'll get 10% off their ongoing treatment.
How do I pay?
By monthly Direct Debit. We'll ring you to set it up, and the first payment is taken the following month.
What happens when my puppy turns one?
They move onto the adult Biscuit Club automatically. We'll write to you a month before with the new price.
Can I cancel?
After the first 12 months you can cancel any time with a month's notice. If you leave earlier, we'll simply balance what you've paid against the care you've used.
Do I save money?
For most pets, yes. The calculator shows the difference compared with paying for the same care as you go, using our published prices. Your savings depend on what you would have used.
