Solicitors in England and Wales must publish prices and service details for certain types of work. This page follows that format for every service we offer, not just the ones the rules cover.

Fixed-fee finder

About these figures. Pennock Hale is a fictional firm. The prices are realistic examples for a Surrey high-street practice, to show how a real price and service information page works. They are general information, not a quote or legal advice. Third-party fees (court, Land Registry, search providers) change from time to time, so a real firm would confirm them in writing.
