- 0 minLeave East Dulwich station by the main exit and turn right.
- 2 minWalk up to the crossing by the post box and cross over.
- 4 minKeep going past the bakery. The library is on your left.
- 5 minWe're at 3–5 Pebblegate Parade, opposite the library: the green door.
- TrainEast Dulwich (Southern), 5 minutes' walk. Step-free on both platforms.
- Bus37, 40, 176, 185 and 484 stop outside the library.
- CarPay-and-display car park behind the parade. Two blue-badge bays at our back door.
- Bike and buggyBike stands out front. Buggy park inside reception.

- Step-free
- Level entrance with an automatic door. Two ground-floor surgeries and a ground-floor hygiene room.
- Wheelchair users
- Turning space in both ground-floor surgeries. We can treat some patients in their own wheelchair; ask about our tilting platform.
- Accessible toilet
- Ground-floor accessible toilet with grab rails, alarm cord and baby change.
- Hearing
- Hearing loop at reception and in Surgery 1. Megan has Level 2 BSL; we can book a BSL interpreter free of charge for NHS appointments.
- Sight
- Large-print forms and fee lists. Guide dogs welcome. We'll read anything aloud.
- Sensory-friendly visits
- Quiet first-thing appointments, no waiting room, dimmed lights, a photo story beforehand and the same clinician each time.
- Languages
- Between us we speak Bengali, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Spanish, Twi and Welsh. Telephone interpreters for anything else.

Who we are
Pebblegate Family Dental is an independent, family-run practice owned by Dr Clare Penhallow (example GDC no. 104 628). We provide NHS dental care under a contract with NHS England (example contract) and private care. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (example registration).
Complaints
Please tell us first: speak to Megan, or write to the practice. We'll acknowledge within 3 working days. For NHS care you can also contact NHS England and then the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. For private care, the Dental Complaints Service can help.
