Voucher questions
How long are vouchers valid?
Twelve months from purchase. We can extend once by three months if you ask before it expires.
Can a treatment voucher be used for something else?
Yes. Its value is the treatment price on the day you bought it, so it can go towards anything.
Do vouchers cover patch tests?
Patch tests are always free, so you will not need to use any voucher value.
What if the voucher is lost?
Email us with the buyer's name and we will reissue it with the same code and balance.
