Move or cancel online or by phone up to 48 hours before at no cost. Inside 48 hours we keep any deposit. If you do not turn up, we charge 50% of the booking.

02 · Deposits
20%, minimum £10
We take a deposit on bookings of £60 or more, and from new clients. It comes off your bill on the day and is refunded in full if you cancel in time.
03 · Patch tests
48 hours, free, six months
Needed before tints, lash lifts, brow lamination, henna and lash extensions; valid for six months, or until a product changes or you have a reaction. No test, no treatment, but we will rebook you free.
04 · Running late
15 minutes' grace
After 15 minutes we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client is not kept waiting, or rebook you.
05 · Under 16s
With a parent or guardian
Manicures and brow shapes from age 12 with an adult present. No tints, lifts, lamination or extensions under 16.
06 · Fixes
Seven-day promise
If a gel chips or lifts within seven days, or your brows are not quite right, come back and we will fix it free.
