Questions people actually ask

Can I skip a week?
Yes. Every delivery email has a skip button, up to 9am the day before. You can pause for up to 12 weeks too.
What if I don’t like what arrives?
Tell us. We keep notes on every subscriber (no lilies, more whites, hates carnations) and adjust from the next delivery.
How long do the flowers last?
Usually a week, often longer. We send stems slightly in bud so they open in your home.
Can I cancel a prepaid plan?
You can cancel at any time and we refund any deliveries not yet made, minus the 5% prepay saving.
