Policies & FAQ.

How we are licensed and insured, what every dog needs, and what happens if plans change. Written plainly.

Licence Example wording

Licensed for dog day care.

Puddle & Pip holds a licence for providing day care for dogs, issued by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. The licence is inspected and renewed by the council, and the certificate is displayed at the front desk at 2 Pipkin Mews.

This is example wording for a fictional business. No licence number is shown, and no real licence or star rating is claimed.

Insurance Example wording

  • Public liability for the studio, the yard and walks.
  • Care, custody and control cover for dogs while they are with us, including in the van.
