Is a fixed fee really fixed?
Yes, for the work in your engagement letter. If something new comes up, like selling a property or registering for VAT, we quote before we start. You never get a bill you didn't agree to.
Why monthly?
So the cost of your accounts is spread across the year, like the work. It also means we look at your numbers every month, not once a year in a panic.
What if my records are a mess?
We quote a one-off catch-up first, then the monthly fee. Most catch-ups take two to four weeks.
