Pexels CDN, cropped, given one "blue hour" colour grade (cool shadows, warm highlights, blacks lifted to
the page's night blue) and exported to AVIF, WebP and JPEG. Photos are illustrative: none shows a real
Sefton Marsh listing. A small building nameplate in the hero photo is softened, and a street sign is
